Refund, Return & Warranty Policy – Fire Safety Solutions

Introduction

Fire Safety Solutions (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to ensuring fair and transparent transactions while complying with applicable consumer protection laws. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, returns, and cancellations are permitted. By purchasing our products or services, you agree to the terms stated herein.

Product Refund and Return Policy

All fire safety products sold by Fire Safety Solutions are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once sold. However, in accordance with applicable consumer protection guidelines, a limited exception is provided. Customers who purchase products through online or offline modes may request a return or refund within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, only if the product is found to be damaged, defective, or not in proper condition at the time of opening.

To be eligible for a return under this condition, the customer must notify the company within the specified 7-day period, provide valid proof of purchase, and submit clear evidence of the damage or defect. The product must not have been used, installed, or altered beyond basic inspection. Upon verification and approval by the company, an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund, may be provided at the sole discretion of Fire Safety Solutions.

After the completion of seven (7) days from the date of delivery, no refund, return, or exchange request shall be accepted under any circumstances, regardless of product condition. This policy is implemented in alignment with standard business practices and applicable consumer protection regulations.

Product Inspection and Acceptance

Customers are strongly advised to inspect all products immediately upon delivery. Any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies should be reported promptly within the allowed timeframe. Acceptance of the product without reporting issues shall be deemed confirmation that the product is satisfactory, and no claims shall be entertained thereafter beyond the 7-day window.

No Refund After Use or Installation

Products that have been used, installed, modified, or tampered with will not be eligible for return or refund under any circumstances. Fire safety equipment must be handled with care, and once operational use has begun, the sale shall be considered final.

Service Booking – No Refund Policy

All services, including installation, maintenance, inspections, system setup, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), are strictly non-refundable once booked and confirmed. Upon confirmation, the company initiates procurement of materials, allocation of manpower, and scheduling of operations. Therefore, no refund shall be provided in case of cancellation or non-utilization after booking.

Reason for Non-Refundable Services

Fire Safety Solutions undertakes operational and financial commitments immediately after service confirmation, including purchase of materials and scheduling of technical teams. Due to these commitments, cancellations after booking result in unavoidable costs, and therefore, refunds are not permitted.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will only be considered if submitted prior to order confirmation or dispatch, and solely at the discretion of the company. Once a product is dispatched or service preparation has commenced, cancellation will not be accepted.

Warranty Policy

Certain products and services offered by Fire Safety Solutions may be covered under a warranty, depending on the specific product or service agreement. In such cases, the company shall honor the warranty terms and conditions as per the manufacturer’s or company’s warranty guidelines.

During the applicable warranty period, the company will provide support in the form of product repair or replacement, as determined by the warranty agreement of the particular product. The decision to repair or replace the product shall be based on inspection, technical evaluation, and the specific terms of the warranty coverage.

Customers are required to comply with all warranty conditions, including proper usage, maintenance, and timely reporting of issues. Any damage caused due to misuse, negligence, unauthorized modification, or improper handling shall not be covered under warranty.

Compliance with Consumer Protection Guidelines

Fire Safety Solutions operates in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. The 7-day limited return policy for damaged or defective products and the warranty provisions are designed in accordance with fair trade practices and legal requirements. All claims will be processed based on verification and adherence to these guidelines.

Non-Refundable Charges

All payments made towards product purchases, service bookings, installation, consultation, and maintenance are non-refundable, except where explicitly covered under the 7-day damage condition or applicable warranty terms.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product specifications, compatibility requirements, and service details before making a purchase or booking. The company shall not be held liable for incorrect selection or misunderstanding once the transaction is completed.

Limitation of Liability

Fire Safety Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use its products or services. Liability, if any, shall be limited to the extent permitted under applicable laws.

Modification of Policy

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
